I don't want to look at an ugly cheap green plastic hologram sticker on my caseback so I started picking away to remove it. After removing the sticker, the caseback was covered with sticky remnants of the glue! I was able to clean and remove all the glue remnants without scratching the caseback.

Normally, the side of a transparent protective sticker has some kind of colored edge so that you know where to pull, in order to remove it. Happily all casebacks looked fine 🙂 The only time I haven't removed stickers, is when the case back has an engraved design and I'd rather it not collect the dirt/sweat that will naturally collect underneath your watch. And, that's only if the original sticker retains its ability to adhere. As seen when looked at closely (I did my best to show it in the picture), the green "hologram" sticker is still fastened to the case back of my 16622 Yachtmaster with the plastic protector still stuck on top. When I delicately go to lift the edge of the plastic protector piece it seems quite stuck on there.
