Dungeons are instanced areas teeming with enemies and bosses, fought by a party of 4 players (1 tank, 1 healer, and 2 DPS). There are some very spot-on observations in this thread that I agree with, after having owned my steel PO 8500 for 4 or 5 months. As Cedargrove said: Proportions - the 45.5mm just looks better to me in terms of thickness to diameter ratio. Size 42mm vs 45,5mm: I really had a hard time at first in making a choice between the 42mm and the 45,5mm models, so I decided to give my overall input on this as well. I actually already "made up my mind" for the 42mm one when I was going to the store, but eventually I ended up with the 45,5mm version and personally I am glad that I did.
