While I didn't buy the Pale Barley single, I did see that the highlighter shade in this palette is a dupe for it and I also loved the rest of the palette, so I thought it would be better value to buy a quad.
Pink Taupe is among my favorite palettes thanks to the unique, subtle and elegant choice of colors, but so far none of Burberry palettes has let me down. They have a decent selection of colors for various eye/skin colors, and I can highly recommend picking up a quad according to your own taste.

Can I just say that if you get the pink taupe complete eye palette it has 2 similar colors in it to Taupe Brown and Pale Barley. See here. So its for 4 colors. a little savings. I will post swatches as my palette is on the way to me. then I am quitting eyeshadow hoarding.
