My 3230 was +4s for the first 7 days or right around 0.5s fast per day. It seems like it is settling down now is and is right dead nuts on for the past 4 days. It seems to do the best the more you wear it. When I left it dial up it spend up a bit (like 1s a day). The 3230 is more accurate than my 31xx series movement watches.
As for my experiences my 3230 had a general failure where it wouldn’t wind twice. In the second time they fixed it. I have has a 3230, 3235 for 3 years and a timegrapher for 2 years and not had any issues related to beat amplitude. I have got another 3235 since June and again no .

I have a 6-digit Sub and the new 41mm OP, but I have never bothered to check the accuracy of any of my watches. They all are accurate enough to my liking.
